Spain
During my summer holiday, I went to Santa Susanna in Spain. Here is some documentation of my time there. I really like the bright colours of the buildings and the general pretty colours in Spain. I really like how during the plane journey the sun set on the edge of the horizon and you can see the outlines of the mountains on the edge. Also during the plane journey, I liked how when the plane would tip over you could see all the small lights and buildings below. I loved how in Barcelona all the streets were busy and full compared to where I was staying which was quieter in comparison. I loved how all the buildings were oddly shaped and had really pretty and interesting side roads that made for interesting pictures. During the evenings the sky would become all different colours and look really pretty against the sea.
Forest Journey
When taking images in the forest, I wanted to make the pictures out of focus and blurred to represent movement. I also like how all the images look very similar to represent how a forest can be confusing and seem almost endless because of all the trees and colours. Also I like how it started to get dark so the flash on my phone automatically turned on to make the forest seem dark and mysterious and it also represents a journey through time as the light changes. I like how the flash created contrast between the different colours of leafs. The lighting was already very dark because of all the trees, but it gets progressively darker as we walked through.
I really like how this images is our of focus, but in a way that you can tell it;s caused by movement/walking, which is what was happening. I think this image is a really good example of what its like in a large forest area, as its very out of focus, a bit confusing, and all the colours are muddy and dirty looking.

A Small car journey
I like how during the time I took pictures in the car, the sky was grey and cloudy which could represent how boring a car journey can be. I also like how in some pictures, the buildings create a one point perspective to make it seem like the car is going fast. I also like how in some images the pictures are out of focus to represent movement of the car. I like how the scenery around isn't very interesting to also support how boring car journeys can be. The lighting is very dispersed because its natural. I would have liked to have taken more images of more interesting scenery whilst being in the car to have a larger variety of images, as they all look similar.
